Privacy policy

DugoutPath ("we") runs dugoutpath.com, an independent college baseball recruiting resource. This page explains what information we handle and why.

What we collect

• Purchases: when you buy the Recruiting Playbook or a featured listing, Stripe Checkout collects your name, email, billing details and payment card. Stripe shares your name, email and purchase details with us. We never see or store your full card number.
• Emails you send us: if you write to support@dugoutpath.com, we keep your message and email address to answer you.
• Listing details: if you buy a featured listing, we use the camp or showcase details you send us to publish it.

What we don't do

• We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't run a newsletter signup.
• We don't sell your personal information.

Services we rely on

• Stripe processes payments (Stripe privacy policy).
• Vercel hosts the site and may keep standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.
• Google Fonts serves our fonts, so your browser connects to Google when pages load.
• Gear guides link to outside retailers, some through affiliate links. Those sites have their own policies. See our disclosure.

Children

DugoutPath is meant for parents and families. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

Email support@dugoutpath.com to ask what we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We keep purchase records as long as needed for taxes and accounting.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above.
